We invite you to help keep our industries’ leadership strong by investing in the AGL program endowment. Gifts given over a period of up to five years are combined with the gifts of other donors to increase the earning power of our endowment to produce a return on investment that the program can depend on to operate from year to year. This will allow the program director to ensure that each new cohort of the program will have opportunities like the D.C. experience and high-quality behavioral assessments that will help them refine their leadership styles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strengthening the AGL endowment allows the program to expand and offer executive-level leadership courses, alumni professional development days and increased industry educational tours, as well as continuing to provide focused leadership development and organizational consulting to our industry partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
