Our mix between a hotdog and smoked sausage taking the best of both products. It has a great hot dog taste with a larger grind size giving a better texture and stuffed into a collagen casing.  Ingredients: Beef, Pork, Salt, Dextrose, Monosodium Glutamate (2.86%), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate (1.5%), Spice Extractives, Sodium Nitrite, and less than 2% Tricalcium Phosphate added as anticaking agent.
